Returns/Exchange Policy
Please note:
- All returns and exchanges will include a $9.97 processing fee
- We allow one return or exchange per order.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Visit our Returns Center.
- Enter your order number and email address to begin.
- Follow the instructions and select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines and your return label (for U.S. orders).
What Items Are Eligible for Return or Exchange?
- Must be within 30 days of delivery.
- Must be unused, unwashed, and in resellable condition.
- Must be in the original packaging with tags attached.
- Items received without tags, washed, or worn will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer without a refund or exchange.
- Items received without original packaging (i.e. missing canvas bags) will be issued a partial refund and are ineligible for a full refund.
Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Gift cards
- Mystery boxes
- Swimwear
- Underwear
- Items previously returned or exchanged
- Final sale items from the outlet section

Shipping Your Return
Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive an email with your RMA number and shipping label. Please follow the included instructions to complete your return. If you don’t see this email, check your spam folder.
Refund Timeline
After your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
International Orders
International orders are eligible for returns only. Exchanges are not available for international orders. We do not provide return shipping labels for international customers.
European Union Right of Withdrawal
If you are a customer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order without providing a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting our Customer Support team at customerservice@flagnorfail.com. Once your withdrawal request has been submitted, you must return the item(s) within 14 days.
To be eligible for a refund under the Right of Withdrawal, items must be returned in new, unworn, unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Flag Nor Fail is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Once your return has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original standard shipping charges paid at the time of purchase will be refunded as required by law. Additional charges for expedited or upgraded shipping services are non-refundable.
The Right of Withdrawal does not apply to:
• Customized or personalized products
• Gift cards
• Final sale items where permitted by applicable law
• Any products excluded from withdrawal rights under applicable consumer protection laws
This Right of Withdrawal applies only to customers residing in the European Union and does not affect any other rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Warranty
All Flag Nor Fail bags include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects (not normal wear and tear). To file a claim, please contact customerservice@flagnorfail.com.
