I bought this pack originally in Oct 22 for school, work and physical therapy. Loved the more structured fabric and water resistance. Has more then enough pockets internally and love the bottom section for shoes or my lunch bag.
The tablet/ laptop zipper didn’t lay flat like the others but stayed shut and didn’t really bother me. After two months of use the zipper on the laptop/tablet sleeve stopped fully zipping and opening on its own. I reached out to customer service with pictures and asked if there was something that could be done. They immediately sent out a replacement and sent me a slip to send it back for quality control.
