Returns and Exchanges
We hope you love what you ordered from Flag Nor Fail! If something isn’t quite right, we’ll send you a new size, style, color, or issue you a refund. You have 30 days from when you receive tracking information to return or exchange your items. A $5 return fee will be applied to all returns, per order. For exchanges, don’t worry, you won’t get charged a fee!
You can start the process here. You’ll just need your order number and zip code to get started! Once you’re logged into the portal, you will be able to print a return label. If you have your packing slip, please include that in your package. All items must be unworn and unwashed in their original packaging.
You will receive an e-mail once your return is received and the refund has processed, or when your exchange order has shipped.

International Returns and Exchanges
All sales outside the United States are final.
In the unlikely event that you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, as well as a photo of the damages, or the wrong item you received. We will get you taken care of!
We do offer a 1-year limited warranty on all bags. While we do our very best to provide quality products that last as long as possible, we do not know how individuals use them, how often and how they are stored when not in use. We do however, handle these case by case and will always do what we feel is best for the
What happens if my order is lost in transit or does not get delivered to me?
We do our best to help in all situations, but we cannot be held liable due to errors committed by USPS, Fedex, or DHL and/or addresses entered incorrectly at checkout. If a package is undeliverable/unclaimed/damaged/missing, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the shipping service directly. Flag Nor Fail is not responsible for lost, unclaimed, damaged, missing and/or undeliverable packages.
